1. Go to Adsense.com
2. Click on the link Sign Up.
3.Now fill all the columns and keep the country to Pakistan(later on you can change!)
4.Select City "Quetta"
5.Postal Code May Be Problem
And Here IS The Postal Code

Click on Submit.
All done! Now you'll get a mail from Google Adsense, which will confirm your Registration.
All Done !how to Change the adress and Country?
1st Change The Payee Name As You Want It
Becoz In India You Cannot Change The Payee Name
Then Fill The Following Form 100% Accurately

And Within 3 Days May Be In 30 Mins Your Country Will Be Changed
Remember To Change The Payee Name
Becoz Some Countries Dont Have The PErmission To Change Tha Payee Name And Country Once The Account Is Created
And India Is Included In That List
Search Addresses Via Phone Directory OF Pakistan And Pin Codes In Google For Pakistan
And Play In Dollars

*If you Register by this Method then Even if you blog is 5 mins. older,then also you are accepted as a part of Google Adsense.
*Your content or Blog posts doesn't matters,you can apply with 1 post also.(copy-paste is a good solution
)*I Have Personally tried so no matter of disgust.
*Account would be approved within 1 day(mine is approved in half an hour
)*Do make a wise use of account,if you do this then you can play in dollars.

Just Fllow These Steps
1.You Need Tamper data Addon To Your Firefox

2.Now Restar Your FF & Login To Your Adsense Account With Your Pass &email
3.Now Click On Edit
4.And Goto Tools And Open Tamper Data And Start It
5.Now Change Your,Address,City,Pin code & Click On Save Changes Tamper Data Will Poup Window Click ON Tamper
Now Here U See In Second Field PK Is Written Now Change that is Pakistan Now Change It To IN & Click On OK & Stop Tamper Data
6.Now Choose Your State

google has added a new conditoin i.e. you must own the domain and your domain can't b a sub domain..!!

i am from india and got my new adsense account with pakistan address. I think now adsense does not allow u to change the address or country name if u r residing in india. IS there s any other way to chenage the address.

I know this logic for google adsense account. Already i was tried for google adsense multiply accounts with different countries with different addresses. But Now the logic is not working at all. If they will accept the adsense account with the other country address definitely they will disable the adsense account with in 1 month exactly because my was created multiple accounts in different IP addresses. All those accounts are disabled now. So, can u tell me any new logic.
