First download the SnagIt 7 installer and then head over to TechSmith to get a serial number for the software. You may want to hurry up as this offer will expire today at 5 PM EST.
Version 7 is not the latest version of SnagIt but it will definitely have more features that any of the free screenshot tools that you may be using on Windows including Jing. TechSmith launched a similar offer for SnagIt in 2007 as well.
